Arrival / Departure

Check-In from 16.00; Check-Out until 10.00

We do not give a refund when you leave earlier or arrive later.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your holiday for free until 30 days before your arrival. If you cancel between 14 to 29 days before your arrival, then you pay 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival or no show, then you pay 100%.

Cancellation Policy for groups of 15 persons or more

You can cancel your holiday for free until 45 days before your arrival. If you cancel between 14 to 44 days before your arrival, then you pay 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival or no show, then you pay 100%.

In the event of a cancellation, we take the liberty of charging a processing and administration fee of €20 for processing and the refund of the deposit.

Payment with Booking

To confirm your booking we ask for a payment of 40% of the total amount. Four weeks prior to your arrival we ask for a payment of 60% of the total amount.

General Info

Our hotel is smoke free. Pets are not allowed. The only persons that are allowed to stay in the hotel are paying hotel guests. Parents are responsible for their own children.

Reservation

After making a reservation with our partners/external booking channels, the reservation must be verified before it is confirmed.
